Hays HR are excited to recruit a HR Advisor, for a 6 month contract, at one of our International Manufacturing clients, who are based in Llanelli. You will report into a very experienced and supportive HR Manager, managing a wide range of HR Generalist activities, working with an providing support and advice to employees at all levels in the business, whilst working to achieve the Plant HR Objectives and Strategy. Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for activities such as performance management, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and organisational changes and employee relations. You will support the HR Manager with salary reviews, diversity & inclusion, career development, employee engagement. Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and key departments in relation to people initiatives. This role will provide the successful candidate to make a real impact from day 1 in a very fast paced Manufacturing environment.
What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be extremely hands on, very self motivated and comfortable working in a very challenging and ever changing environment. Able to gain credibility with key internal and external stakeholders very quickly. A very personable individual who is always eager to work with the employees to resolve all matters.
