This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Human Resources professional to support an experienced HR team and provide a high quality, generalist HR service to CSP employees.

Reporting to the Head of HR and OD, you will be the first point of contact for staff with regards to a wide range of HR issues, ensuring that all questions are dealt with promptly or escalated where appropriate.

Educated to degree level, or with equivalent administrative experience gained in a HR environment, you will have the confidence to respond to queries from staff at all levels. As the person responsible for our recruitment and onboarding process, you will provide first class support for managers, candidates and new starters in their CSP journey.

The role will have a busy and fluctuating workload requiring the instinct to plan and prioritise appropriately. This is alongside excellent attention to detail in order to keep our HR database up-to-date, including accuracy within the payroll input process. A commitment to, and understanding of, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace, is also of the upmost importance. You will have the initiative to suggest where people-related procedures can be improved, whether in relation to EDI, staff experience or team efficiency.

The CSP is the trade union and educational, professional organisation for the UK’s 59,000 chartered physiotherapists, support workers and students; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.
