12 Month Organisational Design Contract

My client is a fast paced and dynamic market leader based in Birmingham that is looking to hire an Organisational Design (OD) Specialist on a 12 Month Contract basis.

The role

You will be accountable for designing and delivering improvements and efficiencies across the organisation through specific OD projects You will work closely with the business and stakeholders in order to provide advice, interpretation and guidance on organisation design practices and processes. You will challenge the business, and act as a Specialist expert, interfacing with HR Business Partners, other HR centres of expertise, business stakeholders and external parties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on large OD projects within an organisation driven by innovation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate

In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate experience operating as an OD Specialist, ideally having worked within a large global organisation and complex matrix team across a diverse set of stakeholders. Alternatively, you may work for a Consultancy undertaking OD projects for clients.

You are commercial and have excellent communication skills allowing you to present strong cases for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques and building a shared understanding of the logical options available to solve business problems. You understand the drivers on organisation and employee performance and can translate that into business strategy.
