Your new role
This true HR generalist opportunity is a stand alone role supporting a number of subsidiary businesses. You will be responsible for all employee relations across the group, developing processes, procedures and improving efficiencies across the business to improve company well-being and culture. You will handle all recruitment, recruitment processes, compliance and ensure all relevant legislation is implemented within the business. You will also manage internal stakeholder relationships, present at senior management meetings and make HR recommendations to drive the future HR strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a minimum 3 years HR experience and have a minimum level 5 CIPD qualification.
Strong employee relations knowledge and previous HR generalist experience.
