A leading Facilities Management business.
In this role, you will be responsible for project managing the roll out of reskilling a multi site engineering population to be able to work with new technologies including partnering with key stakeholders and facing off to the business MD and wider HR team whilst overseeing the day to day activities of the L&D team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a Learning Project Manager and will be able to evidence how you have reskilled a multi site engineering population. You will have strong project management and will be able to demonstrate your project management methodologies and how you keep a project to time. You will have excellent stakeholder management and be able to demonstrate how you are quick to influence and engage. You will have experience of managing and developing a small team. You must be able to start a new role immediately and commit to the 6-12 month duration. This role will be home based for initial covid duration.
