Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Boutique Consulting firm to recruit a HR Transformation Consultant on a permanent basis. The role is London based but remote working is available.
You will join a well-established close knit team that have had brilliant growth over the last 6 years. This role would be perfect for somebody who would like to work within a smaller boutique firm that would like more autonomy around projects. This role is a classic consulting role but does not require business development or sales.
Your Duties:
- You will be responsible for the delivering HR Transformation project into a multitude of different clients across sectors.
- Knowledge across HR Strategy, TOM, HR process and controls, communication, and delivery strategies is essential for this role.
- Work with clients to deliver a first class HR transformation and partner with senior HR leaders within the organisation to overcome the challenges HR often face with large scale transformations.
Skills:
- A proven track record of consulting and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong exposure in delivering HR Transformation activities to both small and large scale transformation programmes.
This is a brilliant role working with a well-respected HR Transformation consultancy. The role is paying between £55,000 - £75,000 + Benefits.
