Your new role
Locally lead the implementation of all corporate and local policies, processes and interventions related to the function of Human Resources, as well as the area of occupational health & safety and the compliance with social & employment legislation -with the goal of achieving a suitable, professional, motivated and committed workforce with the company's overall values.

What you'll need to succeed
Good strong HR generalist experience ideally gained in a manufacturing or similar environment. Healthy and safety knowledge experience is advantageous.
