A global professional services firm are recruiting for a Manager - HR Transformation - People Consulting to join as part of their Management Consulting practice. They are seeking a talented individual who has experience in HR Transformation. You will join a highly established HR Transformation practice, working closely with FTSE 100 clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Shaping client programmes of work, driving HR functions of the future through process, operating model or technology change
- Managing projects or workstreams within a larger programme
- Building and managing relationships with clients
- Leveraging HR Transformation expertise and network to generate new opportunities
- Taking a lead in knowledge sharing and developing HR Transformation skills within the team
- Career coaching internally and developing and progressing careers
As Manager - HR Transformation, you will possess:
- Proven consulting experience and ability to build strong and trusted client relationships
- Specific knowledge and skills covering areas such as HR strategy, HR Technology, HR processes, target operating model design, service delivery, cultural change, leadership development
- An understanding of the strategic challenges and opportunities facing HR leaders
- Experience of managing and delivering HR transformation activities
- An understanding of key technology
- Experience as an HR practitioner is desirable but not essential
