HR Business Partner
A true business partnering role with an operational heart and the ability to provide strategic input
Northern client in the healthcare space.
This is a full time and permanent HR Business role which will be a field based opportunity for the right person. You will have a strong presence across all sites in the North West, Yorkshire and North East. The position is part of a strong HR team and is part of their leadership team. You will look after a key region within their organisation and report into the HR Manager.
You will still have hands on involvement with all operational HR; delivering training, supporting with recruitment and personality profiling new hires, inductions, ER case management. You will have involvement in managing project work particularly aimed at culture, training, attrition and retention and change management. This is very a much an opportunity to influence change and make things happen.
- You will be a senior HR Advisor ready for a step up into a Business Partnering role OR be a Business Partner looking for a new challenge
- You will be qualified and have a strong generalist HR background
- Ideally you will have worked in a healthcare space, but this is not essential
- Multisite experience is essential and experience in a field based role is key
This is a permanent full time role working for a leading Northern Healthcare business.
You will gain exposure in this role and develop both professionally and personally.
Salary up to £40,000 doe and competitive holiday allowance. Statutory pension scheme.
