A leading global law firm are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of, this role will be responsible for:

  • Acting as trusted advisor to specific team, and being go to person on all HR related issues
  • Working with leadership team to provide input and support in relation to HR issues and projects
  • Day to day HR operational responsibility such as resourcing, talent management, ER, performance management etc.
  • Line management responsibility of an Advisor
  • Advocating on D&I initiatives

As Senior HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Relevant experience operating at Senior Manager level within Legal
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
