Badenoch + Clark are proud to be partnering with a large Housing Association based in central London who are looking to recruit a Digital Learning Consultant for 12 months maternity cover. Do you have previous experience implementing digital learning solutions and platforms and experience delivering projects? Then we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the delivery of an integrated learning systems approach that delivers clear, engaging and effective people experience processes
*Work closely with the wider team to maximise the capability of our learning platforms to fully support and embed our culture, blended learning, onboarding processes, performance improvement, talent development and career pathways
*Support the Digital Learning Specialist on fast-paced projects to scope, identify and implement creative and cost-effective digital learning solutions (such as mobile learning, micro learning, animation and video learning) which support strategic objectives and business requirements
*Work with the People Experience team to implement and maintain 'business as usual' activities alongside project work
*To implement digital learning solutions with external providers (where required and within budget) in line with procurement guidelines
*Constantly look for continuous improvement with current policies, systems or processes
*To effectively manage a team, acting as their advocate and identifying opportunities for personal development and growth

Key Skills:
*Proven experience of implementing digital learning solutions / platforms
*Proven experience of delivering projects, ideally with a digital learning focus
*Proven experience of working with digital learning platforms and content authoring software
*Experience of working within a team to deliver a continual blended learning approach
*An ability to build and manage professional working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
*Strong communication skills
*Budget management skills / experience
*A good people manager with experience of developing individuals to reach their full potential

*A structured and detailed thinker with a flexible attitude
*Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
*Be self-motivated, positive and have a willingness to learn
*A 'can do' outcome focused attitude and approach, resourceful and works to make things happen
