HR/ER Manager

Your new company
This busy and fast paced healthcare organisation is looking to expand its team and bring on board a HR Manager who is also skilled in ER and HR projects/change Management. They have been growing quickly in recent times and have the capacity to bring on an interim for a minimum of 4 months to assist with change, projects and interacting with internal and external management.

Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to develop and maintain key relationships internally and externally for the business. You will be responsible for the trusts policy framework ensuring they are up to date and meet any new requirements. Dealing with standards for the HR casework, you will need to lead on specific HR projects, lead on all aspects of work associated with the forward planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the workforce.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have strong experience in ER, leading on HR projects, policy, strategy and ideally have already worked within a healthcare organisation such as the NHS. You will need to be a strong communicator and be able to deal with a number of different stakeholders across the business in a professional manner.
