Working with a fast growing care company in Kent. The HR Advisor will need to look after TUPE, ER and other generalist activity along side a growing HR team.
A growing care provider based in Kent. They are an acquisitive business who are growing both through acquisition and natural growth. They offer flexible working and the opportunity to work with an experienced and engaged HR team.
The role sits in an expanding HR team and offers the successful applicant the opportunity to develop and progress. The role is mostly operational HR content centred around ER and TUPE but also includes other generalist activity and the opportunity to be involved and run pieces of HR project work.
The candidate must have experience of:
- Working with a regional business population
- CIPD level 5 (or above or equivalent)
£34k - £40k plus benefits and flexible working
