Exciting new role, based in the Peterborough area, for an HR Director to work for a highly successful fresh produce business with an ambitious, honest and direct culture. The business is on a journey. Foundations for the people agenda are in place and this role will be fundamental in building on this and delivering commercially focussed people strategies.
Reporting to the CEO and part of the senior leadership team, you will set, lead and drive the people agenda in line with the organisational objectives. Key HR strategic initiatives will include; developing the company’s culture, talent acquisition, employer branding, organisation and leadership development, change management, engagement, reward and recognition and performance management.
Leading a small HR team, you will ensure strong relationships are built with key stakeholders across the business.
As a qualified senior HR professional you are likely to be in a senior HR leadership position with experience gained in and a passion for the food manufacturing sector.
You will demonstrate resilience and the ability to challenge and support senior leaders, have a genuine interest in other people and in developing relationships across the entire organisation.
