We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Early Careers Specialist to make a difference. The role lies within our Operations department. This is a sole role however you will have the wider support from our HR team.
The role of the Early Careers Specialist is to co-ordinate the delivery of academic and vocational training to a standard which will comply with the appropriate UK government apprenticeship framework. To design and develop apprentice, undergraduate, graduate and other entry level programmes.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Build relationships and source partners for current and future programmes.
- Define the recruitment process, - timings, interview structure, assessment centres etc.
- Liaise with colleges to ensure successful fulfilment of course criteria.
- Identify relevant courses.
- Delivering workshops / training where required.
- Structure learning to include a detailed plan / timetable /skills to be learned and developed.
- Establish career pathways for completion of programmes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of managing a Early Careers programme
- Experience of delivering diverse entry level candidate across multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of further education providers and other early careers routes
- Strong examples of using strong data analysis skills - ability to record, report, interpret data to tell the story to the business, support decisions and work towards continuous improvement
- Applicant Tracking System, Excel, PowerPoint skills for planning, monitoring, analysing and presenting on all aspects of role
- Experience of managing apprenticeship programmes
