Our client based on the outskirts of Reading is looking for an receptionist to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Client Details

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is interested in all things automotive! Our client operates within the luxury and sport car industry. You will be joining a very close knit team in their charming offices based on the outskirts of Reading, Berkshire. You will have plenty of opportunity to work with and support colleagues in a range of different job roles across the business.

Description

The Receptionist will:

  • Meet and greet new and existing customers
  • Answer calls into the office and pass on the appropriate person
  • Assist with pick up and delivery of vehicles
  • Liaise with customers about vehicle updates
  • Assist the office manager with duties

Profile

The Receptionist should have:

* Previous experience in an administration role
* Experience working with high net worth individuals
* An interest or awareness of luxury/sport cars
* Excellent interpersonal skills



Due to the location of the offices, you should have a driving license and access to a car.
