Supporting commercial client groups, reporting into HR Director.

This organisation is going through a massive transformation and modernisation programme. This role will help lead that journey and will push the business forward.

Client Details

The client is a membership organisation, regulating a major UK industry. They also have an international presence, promoting UK businesses abroad (this role supports those international teams as well!). London based.

Total headcount circa 320.

This role supports approx 1/2 that number.

Description

Three key priorities...

1) Strong, hands on HRBP support to commercial/marketing/client facing client groups

2) Lead the team on 'data led' HR - look at analytics, systems etc and lead best practice.

3) Support the HRD and PMO on an organisation wide transformation programme.

Profile

Strong, commercial HR Business Partner with a hands on, pragmatic approach.

This role will have ownership of the data/analytics piece for the HR team. A passion for data led HR will be a real benefit. Some exposure to benefits/reward will also be useful.

As mentioned above, this client is undergoing a massive modernisation/transformation programme. This is a really positive change and candidates with experience working through this kind of agenda will be ideal.
