Your new company
This busy and growing housing association are looking to bring on board an experienced HRBP to assist with an on going project. They have been continuing to grow throughout the pandemic and has now implemented a new project for the HR department which involves all aspects of HR. The project is around remote working and streamlining the process for the organisation.

Your new role
This role will be to support with the delivery of their smart working project which has just started. There are three areas to the project which you will be assisting with. The first will be looking at the office and the general work environment. The other will be around policies and you will need to provide a framework for flexibility and how work is done whist also making sure engagement and socialisation is happening. You will be dealing with other leaders throughout the organisation to make sure all staff are meeting productivity requires from home. You will also need to make sure that the organisation are making the most of recruitment, attraction and diversity. Lastly, you will be helping to streamline various procedures to help make the organisation more effective.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced HRBP who is immediately available, ideally you will have dealt with similar project previously and come from a housing background. You will need to be about to work remotely and also get into central Birmingham.
