This is a varied opportunity for an individual who is organised with a strong ability to multitask when working under pressure to meet project deadlines. In this role you will be required to provide efficient administration support across all departments and will act as the first point of contact for all queries to ensure that they have been dealt with in a professional manner.

My client are a fast growing company who have recently landed some exciting new projects across the national and international markets. They offer a hugely supportive working environment where full training will be provided.

Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and manage them professional
  • Report writing and expenses
  • Provided an efficient administration service to all teams across the business
  • Coordinate diaries for all Directors
  • Filling reports
  • Data entry
  • Project research when required

Key skills and attributes required:-

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask
  • Organised
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative
  • Team player
