Your new company
We have an exciting new permanent job opportunity for a professional HR candidate who is keen to secure a new role working for an organisation who have a large change programme ahead. The organisation currently have a head count of just over 400 employees with plans to grow.


Your new role

You will be joining an established HR & Talent team as a permanent HRBP to help support the people services function. You will act as a business partner providing operational HR service and be responsible for the implementation of specific projects, programmes and initiatives aimed at reinforcing the business vision, values and behaviours. The business have a number of change agenda programmes on their people agenda and some of their key focuses will be looking at ED&I , Health & Well being, modernising policies and procedures, community work, recruitment processes and procedures just to name a few. You will be supported by a wider HR & Talent team which currently consists of a further 7 members of the team including L & D and support. functions. You will take ownership part of the business which is likely to be finance, IT & executives in terms of the day to day activities and employee relations as well as partnering the whole of the business with specific projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD qualified
  • Demonstrable business partnering skills, expert HR knowledge and motivation to help shape and drive the people agenda . The role could also suit somebody who has been in a HR Advisor role for 4 years and looking for the next step up
  • Substantial experience in all aspects of employee relations, including discipline, grievance, absence and performance management
  • Experience of coming up with modern ideas and supporting the delivery of these with the Head of department
  • Advanced communication and technical skills - an advanced user of HR, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office products (in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
