Oakleaf are pleased to be partnering with a global engineering company in their search for a HR Director to support the company's central functions. The role will partner the Finance and HR teams, directly supporting the CPO and FD.
The role adds value by leading on strategic people and organisational development decisions within the Central Functions team. Proactively partnering with the functional leader to optimise productivity, efficiency and profitability. You will supporting and coaching other members of the team on HR Best Practice and deputising for VP HR Central functions when required.
Candidates must have a strong Business Partnering background with experience of supporting senior, ideally C-suite, stakeholders.
