Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a small, busy HR team, a true generalist HR role. You will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for managing all Employee Relations issues from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management,and flexible working. You will be responsible for delivering training on HR best practice and manage the end-end recruitment and selection process. You will also be required to support the HR Manager with HR Projects. What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR Advisor level, within a true generalist role. You must have a wealth of experience managing ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
