Fraud support administrator
As the Fraud support administrator you will be supporting the fraud team to provide all aspects of administration and case management checks.
The client is a well established business based in the heart of Manchester city centre who are recruiting this role on a temporary basis, this will be an on going temporary contract for a minimum of 4 weeks.
The Key responsibilities will include
Using an in house case management system and cybersource to review referred fraudulent orders.
Identify potential risk in order to protect business and customers
Full administration support for the fraud team
Full order checks
Review of all potential fraudulent cases
Reporting and data management
The Successful candidate will have/be
The individual will need to problem solve and think rationally when making decisions with a basic understanding of fraud.
Good I.T. skills
Strong written communication skills
Basic understanding of fraud
Previous experience working in the financial services sector is preferred
£10-£12 Per hour + Holiday Pay
