This is an interim full time HR Advisor role which will be best suited to a generalist HR professional with extensive experience to support a manufacturing site in Gainsborough.

This is a full time and interim role for 12 months. The role is initially working from home, but will be a full time office based role down the line. The role reports to the Head of HR and is part of a network of HR Advisors across the country responsible for generalist HR.
You will work closely with the Site Director and support across all generalist aspects of HR. You will have strong involvement in ER case management, recruitment, project work, policy development, training and manage your own administration. The role is very much a stand alone HR role for that particular site and therefore, you will need to have breadth to your experience to hit the ground running. The site has had some recent transformational changes, therefore, someone with cultural change management experience and experience coaching and developing management and employees is required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a manufacturing background, be CIPD qualified and have a generalist background.
Full time hours working from home initially, but then to be based full time in the office. The role is interim for 12 months and is offering a salary of up to £37,000.
