HR Business Partner
We are working on an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a food manufacturing group based in Hertfordshire. The business prides itself on the service it provides to customers, and the role that the HR Business Partner plays within Human Resources is key. This is a genuinely interesting role that will initially focus on a major change agenda involving a large investment programme and significant restructuring to identify new and the most efficient ways of working.
You must be commercial in outlook and have experience of working in HR in FMCG. You need to be able to demonstrate a passion for this sector. The environment is typically pressurised.
Resilience is key as is a natural ability to solve problems and to react to any given situation quickly, and efficiently. You need to be a self-starter to succeed.
Building relationships, and working inter-departmentally will be what gives this successful HR Business Partner the edge.
The ability to operate effectively in a complex environment where good judgement is required to deal with ambiguity is also a key factor for success.
