A global Professional Services firm are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing team. They continue to build a world-class team and the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Full life-cycle recruitment and leading on strategic efforts for critical roles within tech and product
- Building relationships with Technical Senior Leadership team and assisting in design and development of recruiting processes
- Leading analysis and compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive positioning in emerging geographies
- Partnering with stakeholders to define roles, write descriptions and structure recruitment process
- Evaluating potential agency relationships and building effective relationships to support hiring process
- Executing on tactical research and sourcing campaigns to find and engage candidates
- Screening applications and managing communication
- Ad hoc projects
As Technical Recruiter, you will possess:
- Strong education to degree level
- 2-4 years in a Technical Recruitment role, either in-house or agency
