HR Advisor - 1 year FTC - circa £35 to 37k plus bens - Lincoln/Scunthorpe/Gainsborough area

A global manufacturing company with a high reputation is looking for a Interim HR Advisor to join the central HR team (based elsewhere in the UK) to assist with site and central HR support.
Your new role
a 1 year Fixed Term Contract - this is a fully generalist role dealing with the senior management team on site, Line Manager and staff issues, ER, Trade Union liaison, employee lifecycle, HR administration, HR reporting and other day to day HR activities
On top of this you will be in charge of a project to assess and improve HR onsite where there has been a gap (no HR on site for a while) and embed a process and culture to coach and empower Managers to deal with people/HR part of their role.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in HR from a blue collar environment - ideally manufacturing - but other similar sectors. Trade Union knowledge and experience.
CIPD qualification and membership is desired.
Be able to work remotely but as part of a wider team.
Have excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
