Interim HR Advisor
Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a manufacturing client on an Interim HR Advisor role for their sites in Nottingahm Reporting on a day to day basis to Head of Finance you will be the HR lead so you must be an experienced HR Generalist and comfortable with operating in a standalone role so covering the full employee life cycle along with transactional duties. This is intially a 3 month Fixed Term contract and you must be able to start in the next week.
Working on site Monday to Friday you will be involved in a wider range of activities from managing Disciplinary & Grievance through to coaching managers and promoting opportunities through employee engagement.
You will need to work closely with the Site Director on talent pipe lining and building the brand locally for future opportunities.
As this client is going though a big culture change piece and so some of the projects involved in this will include embedding new company values. Working with managers on the new Performance Development Piece and also supporting the Head of HR with any upskilling of managers.
If you are a driven HR professional with a can do attitude then this would be a great role and business to be part of. You will be on site Monday to Friday finishing at lunchtime on a Friday
HR Advisor - About you
Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent
You must have a proven HR generalist background
Comfortable with Word & Excel with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Absolutely essential that you are happy to provide both HR Advice and do the administrative side.
Strong UK Employment knowledge is absolutely essential.
