Global Compensation Manager/Senior Analyst position - Up to £70,000
My client, a Global professional services business, are looking for an experienced Compensation professional to join the current Compensation team, who are in a very exciting period of transition.
The role itself will act as analytical support to an inspirational Compensation Director, and will be crucial in providing support as they centralise their Global Compensation plans. The role itself will be a key driver in a signifiant change journey within the Reward team for one of the UKs most well known brands.
The successful candidate must posses the following skills;
- A strong background within several broad based Compensation positions
- Experience within Compensation, and ideally some experience in dealing with global compensation teams.
- Extensive benchmarking experience
- Is comfortable providing analytical support through Excel
- The ability to operate in an environment going through a significant period of change.
