Regional HR Advisor - Flexible location
Paying up to £36,000 + Car allowance + Benefits

I am currently working with a leading International Logistics company that are looking for Regional HR Advisor to join their team experience HR team and oversee multiple sites across Northern England and Scotland. This role will be responsible for providing high quality advice on specialist and/or generalist HR issues to allocated locations throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:
*Develop a thorough understanding of the business, creating a partnership to enable the business to deliver its objectives through its people
*Ensuring legal compliance for all policies and procedures managed within the business
*Be a talent management and succession champion by creating relevant training and development plans to support growth and potential
*Drive high engagement across all employees within the business
*Providing high quality advice on specialist and/or generalist HR issues to your allocated locations throughout the UK
*Working alongside the management team to address any performance and absence issues within the business
*Lead on ER issues across the operations
Skills & Experience:
*Ideally from a logistics (distribution or supply chain), manufacturing or retail background
*Experience operating at a HR Advisor level or generalist background
*Regional, multi-site experience in a customer facing environment
*Experience in Change Management, ER and TUPE Projects
*Full UK Driving license
*CIPD qualified
*MUST be flexible to travel to sites


I am currently partnering with a market leading International Logistics company who are looking for a Regional HR Advisor (location flexible across the North) to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be covering numerous sites across Northern England and Scotland but will operate remotely for the time being.
