A market leading fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment, development and property management of multifamily residential properties globally are looking to recruit a Senior Recruiter on a permanent basis to join their HR department in London. As the Senior Recruiter you will report directly into the Talent Acquisition Manager where you will work in partnership with HR and the business to deliver an effective recruitment strategy.
As the Senior Recruiter you will take ownership of the end to end resourcing process for their Corporate Functions recruitment and help assist the business by building external and internal talent pools as well as being able to attract and retain the very best talent. You will also help drive and develop relationships with third party suppliers and execute against established recruitment & talent strategies across both early career and experienced hires whilst providing both a quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
To be successful within this role you will need to have experience working within an in-house capacity and ideally come from a Professional or Financial Services environment. You will be able to demonstrate a direct sourcing background with proven results and you will also possess good stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience recruiting roles across Europe is also highly desirable.
