Senior HR Analytics Manager - £70,000-£80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This position will play a pivotal in managing and building the HR Analytics team, designing the organisational journey through HR Data & Analytics and fostering an insight driven culture. This Senior HR Analytics Manager will partner with various other teams including the HRIS division, transforming data and information, into insight and actionable strategic direction, enabling the business to streamline further, recognise areas to improve, recruit and optimise.
An intimate experience and knowledge of workday, highly desirable but not the be all and end all however, if not workday in depth understanding of similar HR Information Systems essential and a proven track record in similar roles ideal. HR Analytical background essential and a passion for change favourable.

Up to 20% bonus which is split between team and personal performance.
Flexible working based around 2 days per week in the office (when things get back to normal and is safe to do so.)
Standard employee benefits package and up to 50% contribution to train travel to and from HQ.
You will need to be within reasonable commuting distance to their offices.
