This is a full time role working from home during lock down, but will be full time in the office once that lifts.
This is a brand new permanent role working for a business services client with a fantastic working culture as part of their lovely HR team.
The role will encompass all generalist aspects of HR with a focus on ER case management and you will attend disciplinary and grievance hearings. You will work closely with stakeholders guiding and coaching them through HR and ER matters,
You will be self sufficient to manage all of your own HR administration and will have involvement in project work, ER, policy and process reviews, L&D and Recruitment support.
- CIPD qualified
- HR Advisor- generalist background with strong ER case management experience
- Permanent full time position working for a business based in Kirkstall in the business services sector.
- £30,000 doe
- Full time hours 8:45-5:30
