HR Coordinator - Lincolnshire
Paying up to £24,000 + Benefits
I am currently working with a leading International Logistics company that are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their experienced HR team that is based in the North East - Lincolnshire area. The role will focus on providing administrative support and advice across the full employee life-cycle and to the wider business. You will work as part of an expert team responding to daily queries and being an integral part of the HR team in the delivery of a first class service to the business.
Responsibilities:
*Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries from associates, managers and third parties and advise accordingly, providing advice & support on policies, procedures & employee relation issues. Escalate any enquiries or HR matters that cannot be resolved to the Human Resources BP/Director
*Advising on maternity, paternity and parental leave processes
*Managing flexible working application process for associates
*Providing accurate and timely management information, and ensuring compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records.
*Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
Skills & Experience:
*Ideally from a logistics (distribution or supply chain), manufacturing or retail background
*Experience operating at a HR Assistant level or generalist
*Knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices
*High volume administration experience (including systems/database administration) in HR, recruitment.
*CIPD qualified
*Experience of stakeholder management
*Experience of continuous improvement in processes
