I am currently working with a renowned company based in the West Midlands that is looking for a Service Delivery Director who will be accountable for the strategic relationship development and operational service delivery provided to a key account within professional services.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing a large service delivery team
* Partner with the business to develop strategy and process that will enable the business strategy.
* Understand the main drivers, dynamics, and direction of the account.
* Ensure client invoicing is undertaken in accordance with contract terms and timescales.
* Act as point of referral for escalation of client issues.
* Ensure regular service/performance reviews are performed with the client at all levels.
* Create, manage and maintain the strategic and operational relationship with the account leaders.
* Ensure that the business is managing the account in a compliant manner, managing and controlling audit and quality processes.
* Identify and drive new opportunities within the account.
* Introduce new products and business lines into the Account.
* Constantly recognise opportunities for improving profitability in a partnership way and influencing way.
* Drive performance, quality of service, cost of delivery, and compliance by providing and monitoring KPI's on all aspects of the service across the account.
* Ensure business is properly controlled in terms of financial reporting and risk management.
* Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements and complies with financial legislative requirements e.g. statutory, reporting, tax etc).
* Identify and eliminate non-value-added services /activities at every level within the business operation.

What skills we are looking for:

* Extensive service and operational leadership experience essential.
* Experience effectively managing enterprise level business clients.
* Experience within a B2B outsourcing environment.
* Exposure to Payroll, HR or a related service ideal
* A clear vision of service excellence and how to achieve this.
* A strong commercial focus with the proven ability to achieve challenging performance targets.
* Ability to engage with employees and internal/external stakeholders across all levels.
* Capability to multi-task and determine priorities.
* Ability to deal with competing conflicts, improve quality and reduce costs.
* Experienced in managing a high-profile account within professional services.
* Experience as a Client Services Director, Senior Account Director, HR Shared Service Director, would be an advantage.
