The Client is a leading Retail Company who are growing in their Call Centre / Customer Services team
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Previous experience working within contact centre
- Previous experience working with outbound calls
- Collections / Financial background
- Experience working within customer service or sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about great customer service
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Profile
The Successful candidate will come from a Customer Service background
Be able to work from the Clients offices in the Northern Quarter (Covid safe)
Strong Communication Skills
Be able to work Shift work covering 9am - 8pm.
