Technology Campus Recruiter

We're currently working on a new opportunity for someone with extensive experience in technology recruiting at Graduate and Intern level, to join a fast-growing global financial services firm.

As Campus Recruiter for Tech, this person will have to have a deep understanding of the software engineering market- an area which is fast growing for the business. The Tech Campus Recruiter will manage one other Junior Recruiter and will be responsible for shaping the recruitment strategy in this space.

Working alongside a wider team of highly experienced Grad Recruiters who specialise in different roles across the business, you will manage day-to-day candidate assessment and engagement.

The business are looking for someone with drive and motivation, that is a creative thinker and will come up with innovative sourcing ideas and improvements to their approach and process.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

• Have at least 7 years of experience in Campus / Graduate Recruitment
• Have extensive experience recruiting in the technology market
• Be highly self-motivated and skilled at motivating and developing others
• Have experience implementing and improving recruitment strategy
