The position of Senior HR Business Partner is a generalist role with a strong emphasis on transformational change. Reporting directly to the HR Director, they will be accountable for senior internal relationships.

The position of Senior HR Business Partner will involve:

- Organisation Design & Development / Transformational Change

- Learning and development

- Continually developing the HR strategy

- Embedding company culture and values

- Managing all core HR activities including recruitment, ER, performance etc.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the position of Senior HR Business Partner will:

- Be a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner

- Come from a utilities / transport / engineering environment

- Have worked with unionised workforces

- Come from a large, matrixed organisation

- Be highly commercial

- Have comprehensive OD / Transformation experience

Job Offer

£75,000 - £85,000 + Car + Comprehensive Package
