An insurance company in Redhill are currently recruiting a Reward Analyst to work with their investment management subsidiary for a 12 month FTC to start immediately.
Your new role
As a reward Analyst you will be required but not limited to the following:
- Supporting the successful delivery of the annual pay review
- Support the delivery of HR benefits
- Market reviews
- Assist with the long term intensive payments
- Support the HR team with compensation and benefit queries
This is a remote role for the foreseeable future and you will then be required to go back to their offices in Redhill with some travel to London.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you need to have recent experience within a Reward role with excellent knowledge of HR systems, able to use Excel and be immediately available to interview and start ASAP.
What you'll get in return
