HR Advisor - People Projects
Your new company
This is an NHS job working for a small sub-branch of the NHS in Wales. Due to a secondment, a position has become available for a 6 month duration (at least) as a temporary HR Project Lead.
Your new role
Working from home predominantly, you'll be focused on developing the organisation's policies particularly around equality impact assessment, governance and publishing on the intranet. This role is a critical support to the HR director and other HR Business Partners in the organisation. You'll also be the liaison for all recruitment activity, including working with recruitment agency contacts. This is a busy but varied job in a very experienced and welcoming team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a role which requires a degree qualified HR professional with CIPD level 5 as a minimum. you'll be detail orientated and have experience in updating and creating HR policies for organisations. You'll be comfortable researching areas that you are not familiar with and working autonomously on various projects. NHS experience would be amazing but if you don't have it that's not necessarily a barrier if you have transferable experience from other large scale or public sector bodies
What you'll get in return
This is a brilliant role for someone to make their first move into the NHS. The pay is a Band 5 which is £24,907 with 35 days paid holiday per year. This is a 6 month initial contract with every chance of an extension or move within the organisation.
