Job Details
As the wholesale administrator you will be dealing with incoming shipments and processing commercial invoices manually, you will be working on a 3 month project basis with a potential for the role to become more permanent.
Client Details
The client is a market leading retailer business based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre, they are recruiting a temporary wholesale administrator to assist on a large 3 month project.
Description
The Key responsibilities will include
Dealing with incoming shipments
Processing commercial invoices manually
Dealing with international orders
Order processing
Full administration for the wholesale team
All aspects of data entry
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
Strong excel skills- the ability to use Vlookups/ pivot tables is essential
Strong eye for detail
Previous office administration experience is desired
Immediately available for work
