The Human Resources Officer will provide professional support to HR Business Partners on a range of HR issues including changes to legislation, policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment to staff within the University.

The role will encompass managing casework, supporting absence management, using management information, and expert advice to customer areas plus some policy development and leading HR initiatives.
