This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a market-leading organisation in Yorkshire to not only manage a large team but with a large emphasis on driving and leading on key projects.
I'm working exclusively with a prestigious organisation based in Leeds.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the role of the HR Manager will be to lead a team of HR Advisers and you will also play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of the HR strategy, leading on specific initiatives and overseeing HR projects.
You will contribute as a member of the wider HR Leadership Team
This is a key leadership role and you will play an important role in the ongoing development and implementation of the HR strategy, leading on specific initiatives and oversee and project manage the HR aspects of the organisational change agenda, in line with the organisation's strategy and people plans.
The successful candidate will be personable and confident to hit the ground running with little need of hand-holding, establish relationships quickly in order to drive and support their team along with have strong project management experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* CIPD qualified (Level 7) or an equivalent and relevant professional or academic qualification with significant experience of applying people policies and processes in a large, complex organisation.
* Sound project management skills and experience of leading and delivering the HR aspects of medium to large organisational change projects.
* Previously lead teams
* Strong ER experience
* Education experience ideal but not essential
* Confident, personable personality who can hit the ground running.
