HR Manager/ HR Business Partner to support the NHS vaccination programme roll out


Were seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner with NHS background in a senior operational HR role to support the National Vaccination programme.

You will be based at a vaccination centre in Dorset and proved the management team with a comprehensive strategic and operational HR support across all aspects operational running of an NHS Vaccination centre.

The HR Manager will be involved in all aspects of the running for the site overseeing people activities from employer relations, operational enquires, major incident response planning, safeguarding, communications and governance.

Candidates
Were seeking experienced hands on HR Manager who would have a background of working within the NHS. You will have leadership skills and the ability to support managers for the new vaccination facility with all aspects of HR.
Generalist HR experience - ER, Recruitment, Policy, safeguarding, communications
NHS experience required.

This is an initial 3 months _ contract to support the creation of the vaccination site in Bournemouth
