Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading Asset Management firm to recruit for a permanent Deferred Compensation Analyst role. Reporting into the Deferred Compensation Manager your role will be to provide effective, efficient, accurate and professional deferred awards support to the business and the Compensation team which consists of both share-based and cash/fund based awards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a consulting background to join their first in-house role or an in-house compensation analyst with a passion for deferred compensation to join a well-established compensation team to help drive their deferred compensation programme. The ideal candidate will, have exposure in supporting deferred award plans and have a numerate and analytical approach with advanced excel skills.
