A successful and growing multi service business, with it's central Head Office in Leeds, is growing their HR department as they win a new contract and continue to expand.
Your new role
Working as part of the centralised HR department, you will be responsible for providing all advice, guidance and support to your own area of the business. You will manage all employee relations cases through from start to finish, coaching and supporting the line managers an supervisors throughout the business, and be involved in the whole employee lifecycle. The team also manages and picks up all employee queries through the centralised inbox. This is a very busy job with a high volume of work, as they operate in a fast paced sector.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in providing HR advice and guidance, over the phone or in person, and have experience of managing your own ER caseload. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
