Working closely with the broader People team your focus will be to drive best in class learning strategies and innovation for the most strategic, global and business-critical capability build priorities and programmes.

You will have ownership for global, cross functional learning and development curricula and be accountable for strategy, impact, innovation and ongoing improvement. As a learning champion, you'll promote learning science and methods that maximise learner engagement, transfer and impact across the business.

The team comprises a smart, talented and inspiring group of modern learning professionals so you'll be working with some of the brightest and best learning and development specialists we know.

You'll bring thought leadership and provide strategic direction on innovation and the use of leading-edge technologies to design, develop and deploy high-impact, end-to-end learning and development across the global organisation. This business has the appetite and budget to push boundaries and implement the most creative strategies, so we're looking for innovators who are excited to implement modern continuous learning across a wide range of technologies and environments.

It's important to emphasise that these are not your typical L & D roles. You're likely to operate as a sole contributor, used to working within an international matrix team. You'll work through colleagues in the wider organisation, rather than by managing a traditional hierarchical team.

Whilst sector experience is not critical, we/re looking for evidence of true innovation within Learning - we want to hear from those who are leading the way not just interested in it!
