Lead HR Business Partner - Employee Relations
Your new role
This newly created role will be reporting into the HR Operations Director and support their UK operations. As the Lead Employee Relations Partner, you will be working with HR teams to promote ER strategies, develop managerial capability to drive change and assist the development and implementation of policies and practices. In addition this role will lead on some elements of HR transformation and organisational change, specifically around the further development of their HR shared service centre function, which will ultimately be reporting into you.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside with experience of dealing with a very diverse workforce, ranging from factory operatives through senior board level directors. The ability to identify root causes to issues and engage key stakeholders driving change through engagement will be key. You will also be used to working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment, able to adapt, equally at ease working in full autonomy to deliver on your projects as well as working as part of a team. Energy and resilience to achieve goals will also make a difference.

The remuneration will be circa £55-70K depending on experience, plus a generous car allowance and bonus based on both individual and business performance.
