Job Details
Frazer Jones have partnered with a boutique Management Consultancy based in the heard of London. Due to immense growth over the past year, they are looking to hire a Professional Development Specialist who will lead on the quarterly review cycles for the consultants.
This is an exciting new role for the business and a great opportunity for the right candidate to have full ownership of professional development.
The salary for this role is between £45,000-£55,000
The right candidate must have:
- Experience working in a partnership environment
- Experience of career development/talent management
- Ability to communicate effectively across a multitude of HR divisions, from learning and development through to compensation and reward
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter that has initiative and creativity.
