Job Details
The purpose of the role is to simplify and standardize all absence processes within the business.
The overall aim is to reduce the admin for all Employees, and wider HR team, alongside allowing the business to leverage its platform, this being Workday.
The ideal candidate will likely come from a strong operational HR background, with experience and in depth knowledge of all areas of absence. This will have ideally been gained in a global or European role.
Ability to project manage and influence at a senior level will be key.
